Cadet Engineer
Job Description:
 Monitor and Improve SMT machine performance
 Performs Machine trouble shooting and Generating Machine report
 Monitor Machine Attrition
 Improves process capability, defect reduction and throughput improvement for high-volume manufacturing using statistical process control, DOE techniques, data-driven decision-making, and systematic problem-solving skills.
 Generates Yield, Investigation, and improvement plans reports.
 Reviews and updates work standards, procedures, Control plan, OCAP and FMEA on a regular basis.
 Utilizes the data analytics report system to generate yield and defect analysis.
 Collaborates with Operations Business Units, sustaining / equipment Engineering, Quality and other departments as needed to address issues and set appropriate specifications for PCB-supplied products.
 Applies and routinely leads risk analysis, troubleshooting and event analysis activities using accepted engineering tools including FMEA and ROAMP (Risk/Opportunities Assessment and Management Plan).
 Performs data analysis, like but not limited to 7 QC Tools, 3x5 WHY and RCA.
 Participates actively in 8D team to address customer complaints and abnormal incidents.
 Develops process improvement that will generate revenue focusing on Labor, Scrap cost and Material cost (Consumption or alternative suppliers, etc.).
 Generates Change Notices as needed for every process or any change.

Qualification:
 Fresh Graduates related Engineering Courses (BSCpE, BSECE and BSEE)
 Fresh Graduate or have experience in managing technical personnel and complex activities in areas of engineering or technical operations. Should include a minimum of two years in process engineering function. Additional work experience in management type courses and problem-solving techniques is preferred.
 Knowledge on problem solving
 Knowledge on Excel and other form of MS office
 Good verbal, written and diagrammatic communication
 Teamwork and advance practical skills
 Knowledgeable in 7 QC tools, PFMEA and Process Control Plan
