Job requirements
"1. Familiar with design tools such as Photoshop, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
2. Good teamwork skills, able to communicate and cooperate effectively with product managers, developers and other team members
3. Good communication skills, able to clearly express design concepts and decisions, and understand and absorb feedback from the team and customers
4. Able to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects, and complete tasks within the specified time"

Job Responsibilities
"1. Understand the target user group, conduct user research, and analyze user needs and preferences to ensure that the design can meet user expectations.
2. Create user interfaces, including layout, colors, icons, buttons and other elements for web pages, applications or other digital platforms. Ensure design style meets brand identity and user experience standards
3. Design the interaction between users and the interface, including page navigation, operation process and user feedback. Optimize the user operating experience and improve the usability of the user interface
4. Work closely with developers to ensure that designs can be effectively implemented in actual products. Solve problems that may arise during the design development process
5. Document design decisions and design specifications in detail so that other team members can understand and implement the design"
