Job Description

WORK SETUP: Hybrid

OVERALL PURPOSE: The Content & Research team curates information from thought leadership, external sources and internal intelligence to help marketers and across the Pursuits and Reputation Marketing (P&RM) teams to kick off their various projects, deals, responses, and writing assignments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to requests from marketers across the P&RM function and collaborate with other Content & Research team members to work on a variety of assignments.
• Conduct scoping meetings to understand the need of the requestor to bring together the best combination of information.
• Use a variety of internal and external tools, including Gen AI, desk research and reading to create a Powerpack (standardized PowerPoint deck of information) that highlights key findings, insights, and recommendations that directly respond to the brief.
• Ensure the PowerPacks created meet the format and content standards set for the team.
• Present findings back to the requestor and help them navigate the PowerPack.
• Seek valuable feedback on quality, value, experience, and efficiency on completion of the request.
• Attend various calls held within MO M+C, Content & Research and P&RM team.
• Adopt a global mindset and working style to be able to collaborate and succeed in a globally dispersed team.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Qualifications:
• 5-6 years’ experience in B2B marketing
• Excited to mine for information and convert research into relevant, actionable insights
• Collaborative, engaged, and open to learning
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity and change
