Job Description
• Apply knowledge of processes and related systems to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving issues
• Assess and resolve standard and non-standard issues
• Seek advice and escalate issues.
What we need:
• Open to HS (Old Curriculum), SHS, Associate's, Vocational, Bachelor's and Undergraduates with or without any BPO experience
• Good to Excellent English communication skills
• Amenable to be assigned in Quezon City
