Job Description
SCHEDULE: Dayshift but must be willing to work with onshore counterparts (5 days, not fixed weekends off)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or any relevant field.
At least 3 - 6 months work experience in system testing, application support or similar role is a plus
Good written and verbal communication
Time Management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft, Windows, Linux is a plus
Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
Monitor submission of files and recover files if needed.
Troubleshoot technical and application issues
Support roll-out of new applications
Conduct systems testing of applications solutions
Create written documentations.
Use of excel to validate data accuracy and comparisons
