Backend Developer ((Csharp.Net and NodeJS)

Responsibilities:
1. Write code for new software applications, encompassing both backend development.
2. Undertake software modifications or feature enhancements to existing systems, ensuring
adherence to coding standards.
3. Contribute to the provision of Enterprise-grade solutions by developing robust and scalable
backend systems.
4. Perform full life cycle software development of distributed web applications, from
conception to deployment.
5. Design and develop new systems, outlining client-side and server-side architecture.
6. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications to support software
functionalities.
7. Manage the complete software development process, ensuring timely delivery and highquality output.
8. Maintain and upgrade software following deployment, addressing any issues or bugs that
arise.
9. Conduct peer reviews of developed code to ensure adherence to defined coding standards.
10. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers in delivering systems from inception to
deployment with minimal direction.
11. Promote adherence to software development standards and processes within the team.
12. Prepare weekly and monthly regular reports of progress, keeping stakeholders informed of
project status.
Tasks:
1. Write code for new and existing software applications, focusing on backend development.
2. Oversee automated testing and provide feedback during the development process.
3. Design, debug, and manage systems, ensuring seamless user experience and efficient
server communication.
4. Collaborate with company leadership and the entire product team in defining, designing,
and launching new software features.
5. Write effective APIs with appropriate security components to facilitate data
communication.
Preferred Skill Sets and Nice to Haves:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
2. Minimum three (3) years of experience in IT, with a focus on backend development.
3. Knowledge in Apigee and Microservices are considered nice-to-have.
4. Proficiency in C#, such as .NET framework or .NET Core.
5. Adept in using NodeJS and Vanilla JavaScript.
6. Proficient in web application development, with knowledge of frontend languages and
frameworks like HTML/CSS/Less and Angular TS using Reactive Forms.
7. Hands-on experience in consuming REST services, as well as SOAP and Restful Services.
8. Good experience in AWS lambda microservices and integration services (OAUTH and
OAUTH2).
9. Familiarity with various Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, such as Scrum,
Agile, and Waterfall.
10. Knowledge in SharePoint, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is advantageous.
