Job Description:
· Role: Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team.
· Responsibilities: Preparing sales reports, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with order processing.
· Responsible for preparing bidding documents.
· Monitoring Philgeps opportunities
· Responsible for pre-bid conference coordination and channeling.
· Assisting Sales Lead for Government Account/s.

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing/Management and other related field of study.
. Preferably with at least 1 year of related work experience.
. Must be willing to do field and office work from time to time.
. Public relations skills.
. Presentation skills.
. Selling and negotiation skills.
. Good written and verbal communication skills.
