Job Description

The Bilingual Korean Customer Support in online gaming involves assisting players with inquiries, resolving issues and providing a positive experience, ensuring that gamers enjoy a smooth and enjoyable time on the platform.

In this role you could:
-answer customers questions with a professional and friendly service via live chat, telephone and email
-fix all customer queries and questions in a timely manner
-talk to other departments within the company to solve customer queries
-handle complaints or pass them to a supervisor
-add customer information onto a computer
-remain up to date with industry rules and procedures

You'll need:
-customer service skills
-to be thorough and pay attention to detail
-the ability to work well with others
-sensitivity and understanding
-patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
-the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
-excellent verbal communication skills
-active listening skills
-to be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
