Job Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic plan for innovation that aligns with the company's business goals and market trends.
Identify and prioritize key areas for innovation based on market research and internal needs.

Technology Evaluation:

Conduct thorough evaluations of new technologies and solutions, assessing their potential impact and feasibility.
Create detailed documentation and presentations on the findings and recommendations.

Market Research:

Perform continuous market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and solutions that could benefit the company and its customers.
Analyze competitor offerings and market demands to inform innovation strategy.

Vendor Engagement:

Engage with potential technology partners and vendors to explore new solutions and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to facilitate collaboration and innovation.

Event Participation:

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to explore innovative products and technologies.
Network with industry professionals and gather insights to inform the innovation strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product development, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to integrate new technologies into the product portfolio.
Provide technical insights and support to other teams as needed.

Sales Support:

Support the sales team by providing technical assessments of client requirements and recommending innovative solutions.
Assist in creating technical proposals and presentations for clients.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, product management, or a related role.
Proven track record of identifying and implementing innovative technologies.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and evaluate complex technologies.
Experience in market research and analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel to attend industry events and meet with vendors as required.
