Job Description
2. Establish the said standard documentation process.
3. Take ownership of bank financing transactions related to vehicle sales from filing credit applications & securing approvals to booking accounts & collecting proceeds & incentives.
4. Process sales of items ancillary to vehicle sales primarily insurance and accessories.
5. Take ownership of vehicle inventory including proper monitoring, purchase order processing & assignments to sales.
6. Prepare reports related to vehicle inventory.
7. Perform another administrative task that will be agreed between you & your direct line manager.
Qualifications*
1. Graduate of any 4-year business course.
2. Preferably with experience as Sales admin and admin staff.
3. Prior experience in a car dealership is an advantage.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
6. A team player with a high level of dedication.
