Job Description
• Updating of Customer’s directory
• Managing the petty cash by recording all monetary transactions.
• Preparing financial documents including invoices, inventory reports, and monthly sales and expenses reports.
• Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required.
• Certifying that suppliers are well-versed of any changes to service agreements and payment options.
• Process bank deposits.
• Communicate with clients and notify them to ensure timely payments.
