Job Description

Dietary Service have two functions administrative function and clinical function the only Registered Nutritionist - Dietitian. Can still perform both functions, but this time with the Hemodialysis patients, need more time and attention in assessing their nutrition status as a requirement of DOH. Good Samaritan Medical Center both Cabanatuan and Gapan Branch need one Registered Nutritionist - DIetitian who will perform the clinical function specially in Hemodialysis he/she will do the following tasks. as conducting the nutrient status and having regular follow-ups in assessment and recording clinical metrics of patients. Documenting all the data needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Shall interpert the Dietary Service Objective, standards, and cilinical function
* Shall adapt and modify menus in accordance with the needs of patients for the maintenance or improvements of nutritional status
* Shall make an initial assessment of patients in hemodialysis and inpatients diet counseling
* Shall perform the clinical function of the Dietary Service
