COMPANY PROFILE: This is an online tutorial business operated by Japanese people that was established in 2009. The students come from Japan, China, Taiwan, Russia, Brazil, Vietnam, Thailand, and Mongolia. They employ an effective e-learning classroom application that is handy for both students and teachers. There are 1,000 ESL teachers, and counting.
Position: HR Manager
Company Industry: Education
Work Location: Cebu City
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5 PM
Salary: Php70,000 - Php80,000 (Negotiable depending on years of experience)
Work Set Up: Work On Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor's degree holder
✨ At least 5 years of experience as a HR Manager
✨ Has experience working in the same industry is an advantage.
✨ Capable of working on site.
✨ Willing to participate in in-person interviews once requested.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Create and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business plan.
✨Oversee the recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain excellent talent.
✨Oversee and administer a performance appraisal system that promotes excellent performance.
✨ Maintain the pay plan and benefit package.
✨Assess training needs in order to implement and monitor training programs.
✨Maintain legal compliance throughout human resource management.
✨Manage employee relations and resolve any concerns or grievances.
✨Assist employees with a variety of HR-related issues, such as leaves and compensation.
