Job Description
● A degree in HR, Learning and Development, Psychology or similar
● 5-7 years in a Learning or OD role
● At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity
● People management – team of up to 5
● Training certifications an advantage
● Business consulting/partnering
We are looking for someone who has experience in integrating AI into their projects, it would be an advantage.
