Job Description:

As a Technical SEO Specialist at Virtual Ventures Support, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our SEO strategy with a focus on technical aspects. You will work closely with our web development team to ensure our website is optimized for search engines, has excellent performance, and provides a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Optimize website architecture, URL structure, and site navigation for better crawlability and indexing by search engines.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into web design and development projects.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as page speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawl errors, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive SEO reports to track progress and measure success.
- Assist in the development and implementation of content strategies to enhance organic search performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to SEO and web development.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Technical SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques (e.g., page speed, mobile optimization).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js, HTML, Java) is a plus.
- Understanding of schema markup and structured data.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Prior experience working in an agile development environment.
