Job Description

The Marketing Executive (Customer-Based) is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Campaign Management:
- Executes campaigns and events, gathers preliminary data and results to achieve new market penetration, maintains market share, and assists in analyzing campaign effectiveness.

2. Loyalty Management:
- Assists in executing loyalty plans and monitors processes and systems to improve customer acquisition and retention.

3. Customer Lifetime Measurement:
- Collects and summarizes customer lifetime data to assist in customer segmentation and project management analysis.

4. Engagement Marketing & Collateral Planning:
- Translates and implements customer engagement activities across various channels to maximize brand awareness and ensure the relevance of information for customers.

5. General Marketing Operations:
- Collects, manages, and organizes data for market research and insights, providing business support to ensure efficient operational processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- At least 3 years of experience in the i-Gaming industry with promotion plan experience
Proven track record in developing and executing successful customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management tools.
- Solid understanding of market research techniques and principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and tools.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant marketing certifications is a plus.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and customer engagement.
