-Job posting, sourcing and screening of applicants
-Conducts initial interview
-Prepares 201 file (pre-employment rqmts)
-Encodes employee details
-PBMS-Encodes and update

JOB QUALIFICATION
-Graduate of BS Psychology or any business related
-Fresh graduates are acceptable-Computer literate
-Active in any social media-With good communications skills
-Can speak multi-lingual is an advantage
-Can work under pressure and patient
-Willing to do field work (job fairs)
-Residence within QC area is an advantage
-At least 6 months work experience in recruitment or any related
