Job Description
• Create job postings.
• Source qualified candidates through different channels.
• Conduct resume and phone screening.
• Coordinate between applicants and hiring personnel.
• Update Applicant Tracking System.
Job Requirements:
• Must be college graduate.
• With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Fast learner and keen to details.
• Can work with minimum supervision or can work as a team.
• Must be computer literate.
• Willing to work in Muntinlupa.
