JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB SUMMARY
An E-commerce Key Opinion Leader (KOL) collaborates with online brands to promote products or services to their large social media following. They create engaging content, such as reviews, endorsements, and product showcases, to influence the purchasing decisions of their audience and drive sales for the brands.
JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND TASKS)
1. Strengthening Relations with KOLs:
A KOL Specialist collaborates with influencers or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand exposure and reputation. They serve as liaisons between brands and influencers, overseeing marketing campaigns and strategies across social media platforms.
2. Understanding Social Media Channels:
KOL Specialists must possess a comprehensive understanding of various social media platforms. They cultivate relationships with KOLs, media outlets, and third-party agencies to craft impactful brand experiences.
3. Research and Identification:
They conduct thorough research to identify KOLs across diverse digital platforms. Establishing a network of KOLs spanning various categories on social media is imperative.
4. Campaign Execution:
KOL Specialists engage with KOLs, managing their requirements, timelines, and deliverables for campaigns. They collaborate with team members to launch and execute promotional initiatives.
5. Negotiation and Measurement:
Effective negotiation ensures fair agreements for both parties. Additionally, they analyze social media engagement metrics and stay abreast of current digital marketing trends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Graduated from college
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
1. Fluent in English, Filipino language is preferred.
2. At least 3-4 years of relevant experience managing KOLs, influencers, buzzers, or communities.
3. Extensive networking with KOLs and influencers.
4. Creativity and passion for digital marketing.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and attention to detail.
6. A team player who enjoys interacting with people.
