Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, invoice disputes, and refund requests, ensuring compliance with company billing procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or chat, using active listening skills to understand their needs, build rapport, and convey information clearly and concisely.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
• Adhere to established service standards, response time targets, and quality metrics to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Needed Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
• Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
• Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
• Willing to work for Full time job
