Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, responding promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information, and offering solutions to address their needs and concerns.
• Assist customers with account registration, login assistance, password resets, and profile updates, ensuring that account information is accurate and accessible.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, service disruptions, billing discrepancies, and technical issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments for resolution as needed.
• Provide basic technical support to customers, troubleshooting common issues, assisting with software installations, and guiding users through troubleshooting steps to resolve problems.
Needed Qualifications:
• Candidate must have at least 1 month of BPO experience
• Candidate must have at least Good English Communication Skills
• Accepting Highschool graduates, College Undergraduates, Vocational Graduates, and K12/Senior Highschool Graduates
• Must be willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work on-site and on shifting schedule
• Willing to work for Full time job
