Job Description
Location: Quezon City
Start Date: July 8, 2024
Salary: Up to 29,000 PHP/month + Up to 25,000 PHP Sign-On Bonus
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to customers via phone and email.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide solutions.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of technical support experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
Excellent communication skills in English.
