Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in release management or related role
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab)

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
