Job Description

Job responsibilities
The primary task of the sales agent supervisor is to lead and manage the performance of a team of sales agents. Responsibilities of the role includes:
• Providing guidance, training, and motivation to achieve individual and team targets
• Conducts in-store visit to ensure that sales agents are complying with the processes
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently
• Attends weekly meetings with UNO business team
• Prepares sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for UNO business team to review
• Responsible in identifying and recommending new ways and promotions to help drive brand awareness
and reach target audience.
• Build and maintains merchant relationship

Job qualification
• Fluent in English and has good written/ verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Minimum 3 years experience in supervising and leading a team
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
