Job Description

Job responsibilities
The primary task of the sales agent is to assist the customer during the loan onboarding process for UNO’s newest loan product. Responsibilities of the role includes:
• Answering customer queries regarding the loan product
• Assisting the customer in downloading and using the UNO Mobile application
• Ensuring that eligibility requirements are checked and met by the customer
• Ensuring that the customer’s identification card is valid, authentic, and acceptable to the bank’s requirements
• Collecting and recording all relevant information of the customer accurately in the UNObank App with utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data privacy laws and regulations
• Upselling / promoting uno loan products
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Continuously improve through feedback

Job qualification
• With pleasing personality
• Good oral and written communication skills
• At least college graduate of any course
