Job Description
Communicate with customers to get information to complete screening and transactions.
Reply to customer and underwriter inquiries.
Compile reports and maintain files and logs.
Ensure assigned workload within quality and productivity.
Offer a high level of customer service while interacting with clients.
Extend support for team members.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any 2-year course
Computer literate (High literacy level in MS word and Excel Applications)
Can work with less supervision
Open to fresh Graduates
