Job Description

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Guide newly hired employees for deployment on their actual site.
• Provide continuous assistance by addressing employee concerns and processing their needed information or documents.
• Weekly Roving to the sites assigned to assist employees external for their needs.
• Strictly Maintain employee records by monitoring their attendance, Late/Tardiness and Absences according to policy and legal requirements.
• Maintain all employees from external are guided by the company code of conduct & rules and Regulation.
• Assist client concerns immediately.
• Serve NTE, NOD to employees or by reporting incident reports from sites.
• Collects External Employee Daily time records or extract data on biometrics in timely manner.
• Timekeeping and Recording of Daily Time record of External employees.
• Sending of Weekly or Daily Accomplishment reports and Monthly Reports.
• Support Talent Acquisition in manpower requisition by reporting additional MPR request, transfer or replacement of employees.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Other task assigned by immediate superior.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Resolve client and employee issues
 Provide necessary documents to client
 attend meeting for client concerns or employee concern’s (if necessary)
 Releasing of Payslips and Cash Payroll (if necessary
 Good Feedback from client’s, customers and employees.
 Increase of external headcount
 Lessen the number of Attrition
 Lessen no. of employee concerns.

Daily

 Respond to employee and client concern’s by answering phone calls via (inbound and outbound calls or face to face.
 Attending email inquiries or concerns via virtual or face to face.
 Daily or weekly roving on sites to monitor Plantilla and the working arrangements of employees including concerns.
 Onboard employees to sites for deployment after orientation.
 Timekeeping of external daily time records.
