Office Clerk

1. Receives telephone calls;

2. Entertains and interviews prospective buyers & clients;

3. Give orientation to buyer and/or prospective buyer;

4. Prepare reservation agreement and assist buyers in the signing of the said documents;

5. Assist buyers on initial and final inspection of their unit prior to the acceptance of their unit.

6. Receives the loan documentary requirements from the buyers;

7. Maintains lot inventory of all saleable lots;

8. Assist buyers in the signing of their loan documents;

9. Conducts background check on buyers;

10. Checks documents submitted by buyers especially their monthly income;

11. Checks,files,and upkeep client’s records;
