Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Educational Attainment
Female, College level; at least two (2) years of College if with experience in same position;
Not over 30 years old;
Preferred: Work Experience
With 6 months to 1 year experience in the same position in a full-service establishment
Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes
COMPUTER LITERATE. Knowledge of Picture-Editing softwares, EXCEL is an advantage;
Self-starter with high degree of discipline and initiative
Creative and resourceful, pleasing personality
Acceptable spoken and written communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino
External and Internal Customer service skills
Organized, self-motivating, results-oriented, positive work habits

Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and other communications.
Managing filing system.
Recording information as needed.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.
Coordinating events as necessary.
Maintaining supply inventory.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Aiding with client reception as needed.
Experience as a virtual assistant.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
