Job Description

Job Summary:
The Sales Support Representative will provide administrative and customer support to the sales team within a call center environment. This role involves assisting with order processing, customer inquiries, and sales documentation to facilitate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales support or a related field.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing, quoting, and invoicing.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads generated by the sales team.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues or concerns.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately.
• Provide sales administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Support Representative or similar role, with 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM software and sales support tools is preferred.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
