Job Description
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip sales teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to succeed.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Develop training programs and materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments, tailored to the needs of the sales team.
-Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for new hires and existing sales representatives on topics such as sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling, and customer relationship management.
-Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, including role-playing, simulations, case studies, and interactive activities, to engage participants and reinforce learning objectives.
-Collaborate with sales leadership, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to identify training needs, priorities, and goals.
Qualifications
-Proven track record of success in sales, with 2-3 years of experience in a sales role.
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field
-Previous experience in sales training, coaching, or development role is highly desirable.
-Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, with the ability to effectively teach and communicate them to -others.
-Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
