Job Description
Our company is seeking Inside Sales Representative, that will play a crucial role in generating revenue by proactively contacting potential customers, nurturing leads, and closing sales over the phone or via online communication channels. You will work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services and qualify leads.
-Respond to inbound inquiries, emails, and chat messages promptly and effectively.
-Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-up communication.
-Understand customer needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their goals.
-Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Qualification
-with 2 - 3years relevant working experience in Inside Sales Representative
-Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
-Persuasive and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
