Job Description
This position requires a strong interest in affiliate marketing, social media, and sports marketing, along with proficient logical and reasoning skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identifies new external business partners (affiliates), and develops and maintains close working relationships with them.
• Formulates strategies and tactics to maximize the affiliate network using internal and external media channels, including online, offline, and social media.
• Collaborates with other functional teams, such as Marketing, to manage customer inquiries, and marketing campaigns, and projects aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
• Plans, organizes, and oversees affiliate activities in the assigned market to meet KPI targets.
• Conducts market research and competitor analysis to provide marketing insights on customer perspectives, acquisition funnels, market trends, changing customer demands, and progress reports on campaign and communication channel effectiveness.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's or College Degree in Business Studies/Management, Marketing, Advertising, Commerce, or a related field.
• Must be fluent in both English and Hindi.
• Should possess knowledge in digital marketing and SEO.
• Must have strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to self-motivate and complete tasks within budget and deadlines.
• Requires a keen eye for detail in producing marketing materials, a natural flair for creative thinking, and strong analytical skills.
• Essential proficiency in all MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
• Must have at least 3 years of work experience in the i-Gaming industry, preferably in a sales marketing role.
