Job Description
1. Daily checking of merchandisers daily attendance using GPS Tracc
2. Daily checking of merchandiser's work plan versus actual itinerary
3. Log and submission of sales orders to CSDL for processing of orders
4.. Encoding of gathered data of competitors price and promotions
5. Encoding of consignment inventory and S.O
6. Compilation of trade photos/pictures
7. Safe keeping, monitoring, and updating flyers inventory, tester & marketing collaterals
Reports
1. Weekly submission of store inventories of other accounts and stock checklist
2. Monthly submission of Trade photos of promo execution , new product display etc.
3. Monitoring of stores with the inventory and without inventory
4. Updating of LS activities implementation
5. Preparing needed forms of merchandisers/brand ambassadors
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Proven work experience as Admin Assistant
2. Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques
3. Solid computer skills, including MS excel (Pivot, Vlook up), Word, PPT
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
6. With average typing skills (50-70 WPM)
