Job Description
Looking for Experienced Livestream Operations Manager who is familiar with tiktok, shopee and lazada livestream setup, strategy, features, data analysis and campaign creation.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, Train, Motivate and Monitor Livestream Hosts
2. Handling day-to-day schedules and attendance of Hosts
3. Plans and executes livestream campaign concepts and strategies
4. Manage content creation (shoot and edit tiktoks & reels)
5. Handle equipment and set up needs (cameras and lights, etc)
6. Prepare livestream data analysis and reports
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Minimum 1 year and above working experience related to livestream selling on tiktok, shopee and/or lazada platforms
2. Professional with leadership skills. Can manage people well.
3. Organized and detail-oriented. Can analyze data and prepare reports.
4. Proven Track Record and Motivated in hitting GMV targets.
5. Able to manage multiple deadlines.
6. Willing to come into work in Manila.
7. Willing to extend working hours during campaign days.
