Job Description
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
EXPERIENCE—MINIMUM REQUIRED
At least 5 years of work experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1—REQUIRED
Excellent knowledge of local employment law
Strong people and organizational management skills
Demonstrates a methodical work organization
Leader in customer service, professional approach to internal and external clients
Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills
Dynamic and strong engagement skills to readily communicate with business leaders
High business ethics and integrity
High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people
Demonstrates flexibility in operational strategy to meet business requirements
Computer Literate in MS Office Applications
HRIS expert
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 2—DESIRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Advanced level for Microsoft Office Applications
Project Management Skills
Knowledge of principles and procedures for Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development,
Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations and HR Information Systems
