Job Description
• Sort and organize cleaned items and return them to their proper storage locations.
• Assist with inventory management by organizing and storing kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment.
• Empty trash bins, dispose of waste, clean grease trap and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
• Transport food items, supplies, and equipment between kitchen and storage areas.
• Follow instructions from chefs and cooks to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Report any maintenance issues or malfunctions with kitchen equipment to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen and dining areas to create a safe and hygienic environment.
