Aesthetic Nurse

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform consultations with patients to assess their aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments.
2. Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and sclerotherapy following established protocols and safety guidelines.
3. Conduct pre-procedure assessments, educate patients on treatment options, and provide post-procedure care instructions.
4. Assist physicians and other medical staff during aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
5. Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and consent forms.
6. Monitor patients for adverse reactions and take appropriate action as needed.
7. Educate patients on skincare products, treatments, and post-treatment care to optimize results and patient satisfaction.
8. Provide guidance on maintenance treatments and long-term skincare routines tailored to individual patient needs.
9. Adhere to clinic policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements related to aesthetic procedures and patient care.
10. Maintain proficiency in infection control practices and ensure a clean and safe clinical environment.
11. Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care delivery.
12. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuing education to stay updated on aesthetic trends, techniques, and products.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with additional certification or training in aesthetics preferred.
2. Previous experience in a medical spa, dermatology practice, or aesthetic clinic is highly desirable.
3. Proficiency in administering injectable treatments and other aesthetic procedures.
4. Strong understanding of facial anatomy, skincare principles, and cosmetic dermatology.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
6. Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Working Conditions:
2-3 days a week (Commission based)
Clinic setting, involving direct patient care and interaction with medical professionals and support staff.
