Job Description

●Performs end-to-end recruitment including the following: sourcing, preliminary screening and interviewing, and conducting job offers
●Develops and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates
●Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop customized recruitment plans to meet those needs
●Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
●Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
●Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
●Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
●Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

●Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.
●Experience recruiting in the corporate sector may be preferred.
●Competency in full cycle recruiting is required.
●Experienced in FMCG industry is an advantage but not required.
