Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Best Reliable Resources PH located in Taguig. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks including organizing and maintaining files like rental documents and permits, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, answering phone calls, and providing professional assistance to executives.
Qualifications:
Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in phone etiquette and effective communication
Clerical skills such as organizing files and managing schedules
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in Administrative is Preferred
