Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Handles day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow including goods receiving, order handling, and inventory control, including organizing racks/shelves.
• Releases parts to production crew according to project picklist.
• Maintains items’ record, documents necessary information, and utilizes reports to project warehouse status.
• Operates and maintains warehouse/facility vehicles and equipment.
• Always ensures cleanliness and upkeep of the warehouse.
• Quality control of incoming items.
• Maintain stocking level / Create labels / Make packing list.
• Lead the unloading and loading of shipments.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
• Has experience in managing stockroom/warehouse processes and information flows.
• Preferably with related work experience in stockroom/warehouse, logistics and project management.
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Works well within and being a part of a team / Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

Education and Experience:
• BS degree in Accountancy, Management, or any Engineering related courses.
• At least 2 years of experience in stockroom/warehouse operations.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to multitask efficiently.
• Highly Trainable and willing to expand technical workmanship.
