Engineering Supervisor

1. Reviews and approves all daily activity reports of staff.
2. Supervises all engineering activities engaged by staff.
3. Plans and estimates engineering projects.
4. Reviews and approves checklists of staff.
5. Monitors electrical spare parts.
6. Computes and submits monthly electrical power consumption.
7. Trains and orients staff regarding electrical safety and discipline before operation starts.
8. Submits summary of daily activity report of the department to the payroll in-charge.
9. Immediately reports to Superior any problem, concerns, damage and development status of tasks.
10. Monitors all preventive maintenance activities.
11. Addresses all concerns of the department.
12. Orients staff regarding maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure reliability when use during operations.
13. Conducts coordination meeting with staff every week.
14. Recommends appropriate disciplinary action to erring subordinates based on the Company rules and regulations.
15. Reviews, supervises and ensures the proper performance of Staff.
16. Adheres to safety and health standards at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Electrical Engineering Graduate
* License is required
* Thorough knowledge and skills on Electrical repair and maintenance
* Ability to prepare and implement projects, plans and programs
* Ability to collect, analyze and interpret statistical data
* Can communicate effectively in verbal and written form
* Good interpersonal skills
* At least 2 years experience in the same field
* Computer literate
