Japanese-Speaking CSR (N1 or Native Speaker)

Location:
Salary Range: 80,000 - 95,000
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to Japanese-speaking clients.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat.
Collaborate effectively with international teams.
Adapt to a hybrid work setup, combining remote and office-based tasks.
Requirements:

Fluent in Japanese, with N1 certification or native speaker proficiency.
Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
Experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment is preferred.
Willingness to work night shifts as needed.
Available to start immediately.
No BPO experience is okay
