Job Description

• At least 1-2 years of workforce scheduler experience
• Experience with applications such as CMS Avaya Supervisor/eWFM /IEX/Genesys/Calabrio
• Strong knowledge of MS-Excel
• Preferrably a scheduler from a BPO setting
• Amenable to work on-site in Pasay or Legazpi (with relocation package)
