Job Description
- Managing the delivery team of the process not limiting to RTAs but may also include Scheduling & Planning
- Managing/designing KRA’s for the team to align with the overall process requirement
- Directly responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships (internal & external)
- Manage Service Level & Abandon, Shrinkages, Schedule & Break adherence
- Need to be well versed with scheduling, planning & forecasting methodology
ou should possess:
- 2-3 years Experience in Workforce Management
- Experience with forecasting and scheduling
- Supervisory Experience handling Lead RTA or Lead WF.
- Experience in handling All LOB(EMAIL, Chat, Voice)
- MS Excel Savvy
- Salary:
- 55.000,00 ₱ Monthly
