Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts in the BPO industry. You will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to meet the dynamic demands of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the BPO industry.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and industry networks.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and conduct final interviews with candidates.
Facilitate the endorsement and processing of employment contracts.
Act as the primary contact for senior management regarding recruitment needs.
Present recruitment progress and updates during meetings.
Promote our BPO as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives.
Ensure accurate documentation of candidate information and recruitment activities.
Adhere to legal requirements and industry regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in recruitment management within the BPO industry.
In-depth knowledge of BPO recruitment processes and best practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in recruitment software and familiarity with social media recruitment strategies specific to the BPO sector.
