Job Description

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree may be preferred for senior positions.
Several years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Proficiency in construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is often preferred.
Define the scope of work, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to assess project viability and constraints.
Develop project budgets and cost estimates based on detailed analysis of materials, labor, and other resources.
Negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring terms and conditions align with project goals and budget.
Administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, including managing change orders, claims, and disputes.
Provide timely and accurate progress reports, status updates, and financial reports to stakeholders.
