1. Has a Bachelor degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or any
related course.
Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient administration of labor standards, company benefits program and employees facilities. Responsible in recruitment, Planning, monitoring, coordinating and supervising personnel functions pertaining to wage and salary administration, industrial/labor/employee relations, personnel policies, procedure, rules and regulations.
