Technical Assistant

The job is basically handling the RMA items from customer to supplier. Rma items received from customer are checked and returned back with a replacement or just a repair. The pool of defective items will then be grouped per supplier, make a report, and eventually shipped back to manufacturer for repair or replacement.

The detailed job is as follows: Initiate Customer Pullout RMA, Return RMA. Diagnose, report, received customer RMA items. Repair or request replacements for defective RMA items. Process and initiate supplier RMA pullout for defective items. Receive and process supplier RMA returns, check if returned items are indeed repaired or replaced.
