Job Description
* Carry out on-time schedule of product delivery to customers;
* Attends to concerns that may be encountered during her/his shift;
* Coordinate with customers regarding their respective schedules;
* Answer phone calls from internal and external customers;
* Other duties that may be necessary during his/her tour of duty
